The 50th Annual ASEEES Convention will be held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place (110 Huntingon Ave, Boston, MA 02116) from Thursday, December 6, to Sunday, December 9, 2018.
The Group Rate for ASEEES 2018 at the Boston Marriott Copley Place is $204 per night for single/double rooms plus taxes. The Group cut-off date is November 14th, but we strongly urge you to make your reservation early as we will sell out. After that day, you can make reservations by calling 1-877-901-2079, and the hotel will offer the best rate available for the dates requested.

Graduate Student Rooms:
These rooms have sold out for 2018. Notifications with access codes will be sent to recipients shortly (updated 5/7/18).
The hotel provides free wifi in the lobby, and ASEEES will provide free wifi in the common areas and the exhibit hall during convention hours. There is no internet access in the meeting rooms.
Rooms booked through the ASEEES special group rate (see link above) will have wifi access provided.

The Boston area is primarily serviced through the Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
Boston Logan International, located about 10 miles northeast of the hotel, is about a 20-30 minute drive from the hotel (longer at peak hours). Cab fare is estimated at $40 each way, but varies with traffic. Public transportation to downtown Boston is available via the Silver Line bus, Blue Line subway, or commuter ferry.
Train and Bus service:
The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from Boston's Back Bay Station, one of the main Amtrak stops for Northeast Regional trains, the Acela Express train from Boston to Washington, DC, and the Lake Shore Limited line connecting to Chicago. These trains also stop at Boston's main hub, South Station downtown.
The Masschusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) offers rail and bus service throughout the Boston area, with numerous stops in the area of the convention hotel.
