Andrew joined the ASEEES staff in October 2016. He also serves as the Academic Advisor for the Center for Russian and East European Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. He has a B.A. in History from Grinnell College, an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. in History from the University of Pittsburgh. His latest research explores media cultures in the Habsburg Empire and post-imperial Austria and Hungary.
