We invite you to the 2023 ASEEES Annual Convention in Philadelphia, PA at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown November 30 – December 3, 2023. 

Convention Exhibitors are members of Affiliate Groups, Funding Foundations, Government Agencies, Media Outlets, Non-Governmental Organizations, Publishers, Recruiters/Job Services, Think Tanks and University Presses. 

In-Person Booth

As conventions are returning to normal, we anticipate that our exhibit hall will likely sell out. We encourage you to book by the early bird deadline of August 11.  The hall will be open throughout the convention and host the Opening Night Reception, Thursday evening, November 30, open to all attendees.

In-person Exhibit Booth - $725 (early bird), $775 (regular rate)

Additional In-person Booth - $625 (early bird), $675 (regular rate) 

In-person booth purchase includes:

  • Two exhibitor badges which qualify for convention attendance at the in-person convention

    • additional badges are available for purchase of $75

  • 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth, one 7” x 44” one-line ID sign, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs

  • Free wi-fi access in Exhibit Hall

  • Recognition in the print program

  • Organization profile listed on the Annual Convention mobile app

  • Email to all registrants with listing of exhibitors

  • Recognition on ASEEES’ social media outlets

*Virtual ASEEES exhibit booth will not be available in 2023

Booth assignments are made on first come, first served basis. Early purchases and convention sponsors are given preferred booth locations.  Booth assignments are confirmed only after full payment has been processed. View Floor Plan
