The 52nd Annual ASEEES Convention will be held at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park (2660 Woodley Road NW, Washington, DC 20008) from Thursday, November 5, to Sunday, November 8, 2020.

The ASEEES block rate for regular rooms at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park will be $210/night plus taxes. Please note that the block cutoff date is October 6.

Student Rooms

We have a very limited number of graduate student rooms available for Wednesday, November 4, through Sunday, November 8, at the rate of $109 per night plus tax based on single or double occupancy. These rooms are limited to graduate students who are in the convention program as a paper presenter, roundtable speaker, and/or panel chair or discussant.

Please note that you must be a current graduate student with a valid student ID; you must attach a scanned image of your ID as part of the application. Once your eligibility is confirmed we will contact you with the discount code for you to make your reservation at the hotel.

Are you looking to share accommodations?  Check out the Roomshare Locator. ASEEES cannot be held responsible for room share arrangements.

The hotel provides free wifi in the lobby, and ASEEES will provide free wifi in the common areas and the exhibit hall during convention hours. There is no internet access in the meeting rooms.

Rooms booked through the ASEEES special group rate will have access to internet for $1 per room per night if used. If you join the Marriott Rewards Members program ahead of time, or join during check in, the internet will be complimentary during your stay.

Issue concerning Green Choice

Marriott offers a rewards program called the Green Choice to its rewards card holders that are viewed by hotel workers as hurting the housekeeping staff. We provide this information so that you can make an informed decision.
