Exhibitor Instructions

The initial email campaign inviting exhibitors to log into the event portal will be sent from ExhibitorAssistance@alliance-exposition.com.  The sender name will be Alliance Nationwide Exposition

If you are an existing customer with Alliance OnLine from prior events, you will be prompted to log in using your existing credentials.  This is your email address and the password created in the past to access the AOL site.  If you do not recall your password, there is a reset button on the login page. 

If you are new to Alliance OnLine, the email campaign will intuitively prompt you to create a password prior to linking you to the event portal.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Should you not be able to locate your email invitation from Alliance, we are happy to assist. Please confirm the following first.

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder. Individual security software settings and/or company firewalls sometimes prevent the email from reaching the recipient’s email until manually allowed.

  • Ensure that you are the primary contact for your organization as registered with show management.

  • Though not required, exhibitors may find it helpful to add the Exhibitor Services email above to their safe senders list in advance.

Booths are eight (8) feet deep and ten (10) feet wide

 

Exhibitors may not schedule or host private functions, cocktail parties, special events or other hospitality functions at their booth without the consent of the Convention Manager, Margaret Manges, aseees.convention@pitt.edu  

A limited number of meeting rooms are available in the evening free of charge should you like to host a more formal gathering. Please contact the Convention Manager for more details.

 

Due to peanut and other food allergies, if you plan to distribute candy and other food items from your booth, please have a listing of the ingredients available in English.

 

Information regarding shipping and receiving of freight will be available in late September.

Wi-Fi will be available in the Exhibit Hall on a limited basis.  Excessive use of the Wi-Fi will significantly slow the speed at which other attendees can access the web.  Please do not stream videos or other on line activities that require unlimited data.  We reserve the right to restrict access to those who violate this request.

 

Electricity is not a free service to ASEEES therefore, we cannot offer that to our exhibitors for free.  If you require electricity at your booth, please order your electrical needs from Alliance Exhibitor Services. 

 

ASEEES will provide security during set up and breakdown hours, as well as overnight when the exhibit hall is closed.  The Exhibit Hall is locked after exhibit hours. 

 

 

All exhibitor booths must be dismantled by 4:00 PM on Sunday, November 13.  Alliance will begin to break down booths at 1:00 PM. Any materials left unattended may be discarded.
