ASEEES Individual Membership
The Association has approximately 3,000 members in the U.S. and abroad. Individual members come primarily from the academic community, as well as from the government and private sectors, but membership is open to anyone interested in furthering the scholarly objectives of the ASEEES.

Members who prefer to submit the paper membership form and pay their dues by check or credit card can download the membership form and send it in by mail, fax, or email.

Joint memberships are available for a fee of $40 ($80 for two years) in addition to the membership fee of the primary member; joint members do not receive duplicate publications and are not eligible for ASEEES grants or First Book subvention. Student members are not eligible to have a joint member.
If you live in Eastern Europe/Eurasia and have a gross annual income less than US $30,000, you may qualify for a special reduced dues rate. See Membership for Permanent Residents in Eastern Europe & Eurasia for details. (Scholars from the region temporarily resident elsewhere, and scholars from elsewhere temporarily resident in the region, are not eligible for this offer.)
Become a lifetime member and never have to worry about lapses in membership again. A portion of the dues will be considered a contribution to the ASEEES General Endowment Fund, which is tax deductible and a greaty way to support the Association.
Membership dues: $2,400 ($2,000 counted as contribution to the General Endowment Fund): pay in one payment online or using the membership form; for an installment option with the initial deposit of $1,000, please contact the ASEEES office.
International Postage Fees
Publication shipping outside the United States requires additional postage:
To Canada or Mexico add $25 per year
To addresses outside North America add $40 per year
To non-US addresses for Affiliates add $15 per year
* Membership dues and related postage payments are non-refundable.
ASEEES membership runs a calendar year—January 1 to December 31. All membership expires on December 31 of a given year regardless of when you joined during the year. If you join mid-year and would like to receive the publications you have missed since January, please contact the ASEEES office.
