Annual Convention Registration

Awards Buffet, Saturday, November 23, 2013:
The buffet, featuring hearty hors d'ouvres and a cash bar, precedes the ASEEES awards presentation and president's adddress.* Please purchase your ticket by October 18. A few reserve buffet tickets may be on sale on the first day of the convention only.
Buffet Tickets: $20 for student; $45 for non-student
*You do not need a buffet ticket to attend the awards presentation and president's address, which are open to all convention attendees.
All participants - session chairs, discussants, paper presenters and roundtable members - who are Slavic, East European, and Eurasian studies scholars in the US and abroad must be current ASEEES members. If you are not currently a member or have not renewed your membership for the current calendar year, you must do so upon receiving notification of proposal acceptance, which should be announced in late March.
Only scholars outside the field of Slavic, East European, and Eurasian studies are not required to join ASEEES, but must register for the convention at the non-member rate. Please note that it is cheaper to join at the Affiliate member level than to pay for non-member regular registration fee. Consider becoming a member. (Learn more about membership in ASEEES)
All participants on panels/roundtables, members and non-members, must preregister and pay the registration fee. Please note that membership dues payment is not the same as registering for the convention.
All refund requests for the convention registration fee and/or buffet ticket must be made in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (preferred), or by fax to (412) 648-9815.
Refund requests received on or before September 18 will be refunded 100% of your registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee to cover the cost of processing. Cancellations received between September 19 and October 18 will be refunded 50% of your registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee. Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after October 18, or for no shows. No exceptions. All refunds will be issued after the annual convention.
