The Nominating Committee consists of the Immediate Past President and at least two other members elected annually by the Board of Directors from among ASEEES members. The Nominating Committee selects nominees for the upcoming vacancies on the ASEEES Board of Directors—two nominees for Vice President / President Elect, four nominees for two Member-at-large vacancies, and two nominees for Graduate Student Representative (every other year).
