With over 3400 members from across research areas and disciplinary methodologies, ASEEES serves to connect scholars and foster an innovative and dynamic field of study.
Open to individuals from the academic community, government, private sector, and beyond as well as universities, colleges, and other institutions with an interest in the field, ASEEES membership provides access to a robust network of interdisciplinary collaboration and exchange, whether at the Annual Convention or through other ASEEES activities.

Membership Types
Regular Membership
Regular membership in ASEEES provides full access to all available member benefits, including grant eligibility, Slavic Review access, participation in the annual convention and reduced registration rates, participation in ASEEES programs, and more.
Student Membership
Student membership is available to full-time students. Student members receive the same benefits as regular individual members and can register for the convention at student rates.
Affiliate Membership
Affiliate members are eligible to participate in the annual convention and can participate in ASEEES programs and webinars. However, they do not gain access to Slavic Review and are not eligible for grants or first book subvention.
Regular Membership + Joint
Regular members may purchase a joint membership in ASEEES for a spouse or partner for an additional fee. Joint members are not eligible for grants or first book subvention.
Lifetime Membership
Become a lifetime member and never have to worry about lapses in membership again. A portion of the dues will be considered a contribution to the ASEEES Fund, which is tax deductible and a great way to support the Association. Lifetime members receive all available member benefits and are listed on our website.
Institutional Membership
Institutional membership is open to all universities, colleges, and other institutions with an interest in the field. Notably, institutional members receive representation on the Council of Member Institutions, listing in ASEEES resources, an exchange of updates and promotions, and more.

Institutional Members who prefer to submit the paper membership form and pay their dues by check or credit card can download the membership form and send it in by mail, fax, or email.
